David S. Lee

David S. Lee is Of Counsel at Parsus LLP. Prior to joining Parsus, Mr. Lee worked at the Hong Kong office of Goldman Sachs where he negotiated transactions for derivatives trading desks in Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo. He has extensive experience negotiating with broker-dealers as well as with hedge funds and institutional investors. Mr. Lee also participated in various industry initiatives to craft policies to regulate Over-The-Counter (OTC) derivatives trading.

In addition to his work at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Lee also worked at Yulchon, a leading Korean law firm, where he focused on corporate finance, and at Katzenbach Partners LLP, a management consultancy, which subsequently merged with Booz & Co. Currently, Mr. Lee is the founder of Envision Korea Initiative (EKI), a non-profit organization designed to assist disadvantaged individuals in South Korea, particularly North Korean refugees and children in orphanages.

Mr. Lee is fluent in Korean and conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
