Jane Cole Joins Parsus as Partner
PASADENA, CA, December 10, 2021 – Parsus LLP, a boutique law firm based in Pasadena, California, is pleased to announce that Jane Cole, has joined the firm as a partner.
Jane brings her combined in-house and law firm expertise in matters involving energy, regulatory & policy, customer service, privacy, corporate communications, HR, litigation, contract negotiations, diversity & inclusion, and risk management to Parsus.

Prior to joining Parsus, Jane was a senior in-house counsel for over 13 years at Southern California Edison Company, where she served as lead counsel on a variety of complex regulatory proceedings before the CPUC and FERC. Jane then took a leap of faith and shifted her focus to dive into her true passion which is fashion and beauty. “During this journey, Ju Park encouraged me, believed in me, lifted me up, and cheered me on every step of the way,” adds Jane. This journey, the support, and the alignment of her values and the firm’s core values have now led Jane to joining Parsus as partner.

Jane received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine.
Jane lives in Santa Monica, California with her husband, son, and beloved dog, Cooper.
