Junior Corporate Associate

We are looking for a mid-junior corporate associate who has experience with commercial or corporate transactions to join our team. We do not have a minimum experience requirement, but 2-3 years of experience in a corporate role handling commercial agreements or major transactions like financings or M&A would be on point.
Our opening is for a California-qualified attorney residing in California, who is interested in 100% remote work with flexible hours, and is ready for greater responsibility and an opportunity to interact directly with clients. Ideal candidates are kind and self-motivated, and are quick learners with excellent time management, people, and communication skills. Strong drafting skills are also necessary, including the ability to express legal concerns in an understandable way.
Although the job is full-time, we anticipate that the position will involve annual billing expectations of roughly 1200 hours per year, with a salary range of $120k- $150k (depending on experience level) plus bonus opportunities. Due to the nature of our firm, work tends to be cyclical and some weeks will be less busy than others.

Mid-Senior Corporate Counsel

Parsus Law is looking for a mid-senior corporate counsel with experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including vendor agreements, MSAs, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, advertising/marketing agreements, etc.
Our opening is for a California-qualified attorney residing in CA (but able to work anywhere in the world), who is interested in 100% remote work with flexible hours, and has somewhere around 6+ years of experience at a firm, in-house, or preferably both. Candidate must be able to deliver polished work product and feel comfortable interacting directly with clients.
Ideal candidates are kind and self-motivated, with excellent time management, people and communication skills. Strong drafting skills are also necessary, along with an understanding of how to help establish, adopt and incorporate client-preferred standard provisions for commercial agreements. Candidates will find themselves interacting with non-lawyers and need to be able to express legal concerns in an understandable way. If the candidate has experience with M&A or other major transactions such as equity financing, or startup experience, that would be a bonus.
Job responsibilities include legal work only - candidate is not expected to participate in business development, marketing, or other firm development activities.
