Each kit includes:

—LLC or Corporation Formation

Our legal team will identify the correct ideal entity form (LLC or corporation) and jurisdiction (California, Delaware, etc.), set up a business entity, and prepare basic corporate documents.

How this works:

  1. Assessment meeting. We’ll meet with you to understand your company’s current needs and future plans, then we’ll assess your ideal entity form and which state is best for you to form your entity in.

  2. State filing.  We’ll prepare and file appropriate documents to officially form your business entity.

  3. Governing documents. We’ll draft all necessary corporate governing documents for your new business entity.

We will prepare and file an application for you to obtain an EIN for your business. 

—Agent for Service of Process

Most states require legal entities to have an Agent for Service of Process. We’ll set you up with a yearlong Agent for Service of Progress subscription. 

—Business Licenses and Permits Identification

We’ll listen to your business plan and goals — and identify the licenses and permits you’ll need now and in the future*.
